How do I book an appointment?
You can call the salon at 801-484-4247, or contact your service provider directly. Some of our service providers have booking websites available 24/7, which you can find linked on their individual bio pages.
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hour notice is required for any service changes or cancellations, appointments cancelled -or- re-scheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No-call/no-show will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service.
Appointment reminders are sent via text or phone call 24 hours prior to scheduled services.
My child(ren) is quiet and sits still, can they come to my appointment with me?
For the safety & comfort of all, children are not allowed in service areas without an appointment, or reception area without direct supervision. Please arrange for child care prior to your appointment.
*In-house child care is available at Main Street Studio for specific dates & times each week, at $3 per hour, per child. Please visit our VIP Childcare page to learn more.
This service is offered as a convenience for clients, and requires advanced notice.
*If client or children are not compliant to the child care policies, they will no longer be eligible for this service, at the discretion of the salon service providers.
Can I bring a friend?
We love doing services in tandem for friends, however, seating in the service areas is limited, so those who are not receiving services will be asked to wait in the reception area, where comfortable seating, snacks and beverages are available while they wait.
What is your refund/return policy?
Products that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging will be made within 7 days of purchase, exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
Product that is opened/used is non-refundable, exchanges within 10 days of purchase.
All service sales are final. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact your service provider within 7 days of service. Each service provider takes pride in their work, and appreciates the opportunity to make corrections for their clients.
Main Street Studio is a booth-rental salon, which means that every service provider is their own business entity. Main Street Studio is not responsible for guaranteeing their services, and each provider may have policies that vary from those on this page. Please communicate with your personal stylist/technician to learn their policies and discuss any concerns.
Payment for services and products is due at the time of visit.
Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, and all major credit cards.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion and dismiss disruptive or abusive clients when necessary.
Service menu prices & offerings may change without notice.
Before & after photos are often taken for service progress reference, and may be used for advertising/marketing purposes. If you have questions regarding a photo taken of you, please discuss them with your service provider.
